“Indian Court are casinos, these are not churches of Jusitce” ---- Ex- prez. K R Narayanan. It is stated by our ex- president KR Naraynan, while President of India told it, so there is no need of any comment on Indian Judiciary. If Govt. of India & Indian judiciary want to maintain their trustabilityand interested to provide real, fair, fast & true justice, it is necessary to install CCTV cameras in all courts, i.e., from Supreme Court of India, all high courts of all states, and in all dist. & Session, and in all rural courts of India. CCTV camera monitoring will prove, upgrade and increase trustability of Indian courts, 2nd coincide it is beneficial for purpose of security of judicial staff, judges, advocates & visiting public etc., it will be very easy to watch & control criminals & their gangster.
Indian Judiciary is top corrupt & most responsible for corruption in India. 2nd coinicide, judges are also simply a human being binded with anger, love, sex, greed, emotions, etc., such as ordinary human being, these are also not supermen or god or goddess in the form of human. They are also most responsible for follow Indian law, maintain the law, give the judgements according to law, but they are not following RTI act, not providing information uner this act, making joke of it, generally refusing to reply applications of RTI act., if they reply it, than they asked to deposit Rs.10/- per copy for pages of photocopy, it is the same with dist. & session court, high courts etc., is it proper follow up of law?
Most of European countries are having such types of arrangement in their courts, why are our govt. is unable to install CCTV cameras in our Courts which will increase trustability in Judiciary.
Member of Indian Bar Council has also demanded the same in bar meeting. Of course that was very surprising to other members, but it is a demand of time for increasing faith in Judicial activities.
