On name of tobacco gutka pouch, ADM & FSO collecting Rs.25thousand each & leaving them from ADM Court. In Food Security & Safety Act, there is clear provision, if any Food Safety officer & above, such as ADM SDM, whom are going with these FSO for raiding on any food shops, factory, godown, industries etc., it is necessary 1st to take samples, than go for capturing goods etc., but in the case of tobacco gutka pouches in the state, all FSO & ADM only captured gutka stock & its holders or owners and produced in ADM Court, and concerning ADM only taken high bribes, nominal fined & left him. While in case of tobacco gutka pouch, there is clear provision, to take samples, if tobacco founds, prepare the case & file in court of law for its trial. After collecting information under RTI from Indore office, some samples taken by some food safety officers and sent it to lab without brand name, but chief analyst Chaturbhuj meena after getting money from packers, passed these tobacco pouches showing results of without tobacco, while Rajshree, Vimal brand gutka pouches totally with tobacco with some other ingredients openly available in the market on double & triple rates. Of course it is total game of multinationals particularly Indian Tobacco Co. which is top cigarette manufacturer of at least 20brands, in India for increasing sale of cigarette, that dirty fraudulent paid thousands of cr. of Rs. to Congress vultures and framed this act. It is very clear cigarette smokers are not only destroying their own life but also its smoke is destroying others life others too, while gutla eaters only destroying themselves, while Judges of Supreme Court also ignored this fact and banned only tobacco gutka pouches, while cigarette is also dangerous for all including environment too. In this regard, Ex- President KR Narayanan passed a comment, on Indian courts, “ Indian Courts are casinos, these are not temples of justice” so there is no comment, but
In each dist. FSO are raiding more than 20 to 50 pan shops, gutka selling shops per month, and collecting Rs.5to 25lakhs by this way, while it is totally illegal but question arises with ADM & SDM of all dist. Are highly corrupt, all these are earning more than Rs.10 to 50cr. in land cases, colonization, change of land use etc., they are having unlimited powers in at least 350 acts, now this one Food Safety & Standard Act 06, which is totally meant for safety of profit of multinationals.
