Central Bureau of Investigation actually working as Congress Bureau of Investigation, widely torturing their opponents or who is not paying them, by that way these dirty vultures of Congress gang, showing their power. Such as these dirty Congressmen asked to Aasharam Bapu for Rs.200cr. when he refused to pay them, than they fraudulently started many cases, snatched property from him. The same tactics, they used against Ex CM Mulla Mulayam Singh of SP, Ex CM Mayawati of UP, they used tool of CBI against both, while they both were externally supporting to Congress gang in Central.
Now Guwahti HC given clear verdict against CBI in a appeal, CBI is totally illegal, it is not framed by any law by Indian Parliament, having no act, no legal entity, so CBI is not having any power to arrest, produce their case in a court. At present CBI is having more than thousands of cases for eqnuiry in the country. Congress Gangsters are planning to file a writ in Supreme Court against this decision and stay its structure and continue their services, but at once, HC Guwahati shown its roots & structure are totally illegal, having no separate act passed in Parliament for working, no legal entity. That decision proved, how Congress & their other gangsters were illegally using this tool for rule.
Now the big question is, what will do Supreme Court, if Central govt. files petition for stay. If Supreme Court gives stay, on which basis, 2nd can go for illegality.
