Central Govt. provided fund for installing video cameras in all dist. & central jails, why total Jail administration could not installed after a year, because of total jail staff from jail supdt. To all jail soldiers are in high fear, if they install cameras, than they can not do corruption, collection of money, sexual extortion of young boys by old prisoners for money, they are providing very low quality food of Rs.10/- while admn. is getting RS.40/- per prisoner, Rs.20/- for other material such as toothpaste, soap, oil etc., but all they are swallowing total that money, and most of prisoners are calling that material with their relatives from out side, most of jails are overloaded with prisoners, what the capacity of jails, they are keeping more than of double of their capacity. Most of jails are older than 50 to hundred years, their total buildings barracks are much old, boundary wall are not only much old but also made with old material so these are much weak, it is the same with all dist. Tahseal & central jails of MP state. Khandwa jail is not only one sample, than most of staff is not highly corrupt but also greedy too, give money than anyone can do what he want. So most of prisoners whom are rich and can arrange money staff of jail is providing them for enjoying jail as safer, secured & lonely place.
While question is related with ran away terrorists, 1st why all these terrorists were in one jail, 2nd is all these were dangerous, and belongs to Khandwa, why were in local jail, 3rd is while ex- supdt. Written to his senior, regarding these facts of weakness of boundary walls, they transferred him, 4th before leaving charge of jail supdt., why admin. Could not posted new one jail supdt., 5th why there were no video camera installed on priority in Khandwa Jail because of only to save their corruption, illegal collection of money & activities, 6th while on each & every dist. Railway platform, there is video cameras, why they could not used this data, while Khandwa is railway junction of broad & meter gauge
