His father was also in MP Sales Tax department, spent money on each posting and always taken high income post When he was CTO at Dhar, blindly given many concessions, to hundreds of industries of Pithampur Industrial cluster of MP state, for tax evasions to more than 200industries of Pithampur Industrial estate against high bribes & earned money, after several complaints, he transferred to Sagar, he repeated the same at there too, he given blind support to Modi Cement of Damoh, many oil mills, & many other industries in this department loosen more than Rs.50cr., for getting posting in Anti evasion bureau, he paid more than Rs.50lakh, since that he earned more than Rs.5cr. pm, from many transporters, bus owners, and many raids, he taken money whom are paying regularly for saving their goods carriers etc., Only in Indore AEB wing A & B both are collecting more than approx. Rs.5cr. per month from 2000 trucks of 500 transporters & 500 passenger buses. He is total in-charge of Anti Evasion Wing B, so he blindly supports to tax evaders, collects money and prepares case of minimum tax, bargains upto 50% collects directly from the party, he did the same in many cases, such as tea merchants, iron merchants, oil merchants and swallowed more than Rs.10cr.
DC Sonwalkar, who joined as ACTO fraudulently passed his MPPSC on behalf of money, his father was also in MP Sales Tax Department, it was also challenged in High Court, but after spending money he won that case, since that he did a lots of frauds on each of the step.
