Ruling corrupt, cunning & shrewd Congress gang & their other political party gang members of UPA & total opposition gnag of BJP & their political gang memebers of NDA passed a ordinance to protect convicted political elected MP & MLA’s of state & national assembly aginst order of Supreme Court, and sent to President Pranav Mukergee to sign it, when they have refused to pass it, just after it, BJP shown their U-turn on it and opposed it., when Congress found it difficult to get President’s approval, than decided to make Rahul Gandhi as hero, by this issue. Than in a Press meet, Rahul outburst against it, and said “tear off this ordinance, it is totally useless.” Than after Congress played a total drama to withdraw this bill from RAjya SAbha, and shown it is voice of youth of India. So Rahul asked to tear of this bill, totally useless.
