Govt. of MP passed a bill for private universities, most of corrupt & fraudulent will open their universities to cheat students in a 2-3 rooms and will sale degrees & diploma of courses. the same bill also produced by Congress Govt. in state, on that time, BJP opposes it. Now BJP Govt. did the same for promoting cheating, corruption and frauds higher in education.
