We collected documents under RTI from Women & Child Development department Dewas, in this Dist Project Officer Mrs. Trupti Tripathi who is highly corrupt holding property of more than Rs.10cr. but shown only 1flat of Rs.24.5lakh and one Senior MIG in Amravati Project MPHB Bhopal, but in both declarations she did not mention their size & exact address of these plots & flats, it self proved her forged mentality for escaping real information.
While she spent Rs.30cr. from 01.04.13 to 31July 13, in which in Ladli Laxmi Yojna she spent Rs.21.42cr. in this at least she swallowed Rs.3cr., while in Poshan Aahar yojna Rs.7.88cr. its 90% fund swallowed by DPO, ICDS officers & Aanganwadi workers, in this approx.1600 aanganwadi workers, supervisor swallowed 1.5cr., workers Rs.3cr., Rs.1cr. by DPO, Rs.1.5cr by all ICDS officers, that poshan Aahar reaches 10% children & women,. while fund is also spent so many other categories, such as Mangal Diwas spent Rs.38lakh, it is also 90% only on paper, spent only not more than Rs.4lakh in reality. In Kishori Shakti Yojna spent Rs.9.90lakh, Ushakiran Yojna Rs.2.35lakh, on NGO spent Rs.19.79lakh on 50-50% share. This is only 4month expenditure of this W&CD Dewas. It is the same facts in all dist. Of MP state. While I asked to DPO Kulkarni of Indore, Ujjain, Dhar, Shajapur for information all these not supplied information according to my application given lump sump charges of photocopy.
Min. Ranjana Baghel is W&CD at least she is getting her share of more than Rs.500cr.to RS.800cr pa, from pipe line, MP state provided budget of Rs.5163cr. & Central govt. provided Rs.8000cr. while CS, CM, PS, Sec. Commissioner, Jt. Dir. Are also getting their shares in this line.
