Total MP state Agriculture department is highly corrupt gang from dir. DN Sharma, Jt. Dir. A Parmar, DDA Tyagi, DDA Chouhan for Fertilizer, DDA Thakre Crop insurance etc., all these are looking after many Central & state Govt. schemes for agricultural development. In this deptt. These corrupt are paying premium on 25%commission of crop insurance in hundreds of crores of Rs. since last 30years, from govt. a\cs, to assurance cos. but since 10 year to ICICI Lombardini Co. on high premium, while all these dirty corrupt are unable to serve damage claim of different crops, to affected farmers in the state, while most of claims are paying by revenue department with agriculture department from Govt. A\cs. While deptt. is paying premium on crop insurance, and swallowing total insurance claims of millions of farmers of damaged crops due to heavy rain, draught, flood etc., of thousand of crores of Rs. directly from all Assurance Cos. each year and keeping in their pocket, 2nd coincide, revenue department of all dist. are paying these claims on commission to affected farmers with survey reports of agriculture departmental officers of each dist. Farmers whom are having their crop loan a\c from nationalized banks, cooperative banks, all these bankers are also paying insurance premiums from farmers’ crop loan a\c, but unable to pay these claims, because of their lengthy procedure, faulty system of accounting formula, and these bankers are unable to settle their claims with assurance cos. with their own efforts, 2nd coincide no assurance cos. are able to settle these claims by their own consent, and after 35year of this crop loan scheme, farmers are unable to ask for claim with assurance cos. in this way bankers are cheating farmers’ and deducting insurance premiums, recovering with interest without asking to assurance cos.,
