while BJP was in opposition before 2003, they were opposing that bill which was prepared by Diggi govt., now for cheating money with millions of students of total India and abroad, these dirty corrupt, going to pass a bill for private universities, Supreme Court of India abolished 40 pvt. Universities in CG state, most of students who were taken admission in courses of these universities, lost their money & valuable time, these most of universities were running in a single room, the same will happen in MP state after passing of this bill.
