PWD EE’s are also holding most of state lands, properties, assets, buildings all these EE’s are not only pledging, selling & transferring these properties on high cost. West Zone CE Kala is blindly giving permission of time extension even after 2to10 year, several lakh of Rs. For purchase of coaltar, & other items without calling tenders on very high rates only for getting to 10 dns of West Zone such as Dn.1, 2 & E& M dn. Of Indore, Alirajpur, Badwani, Burhanpur, Dhar, Jhabua, Khandwa, Khargone, etc., on NH3 15.5km of city boundaries of Indore Municipal Corp. agreement no. 228\05-06 of Rs.526.58lakh allotted to ITS Infrastructure on 5.48%above CSR, while this road was taken by Indore Development Authority & informed to concerning ITS Infrastructure by their letter no. 5682 dtd.03.08.07 for not to do any work for BRTS project, but EE Dn. 1 & contractor were shown the work and taken payment, while that total work was handling by IDA & their contractor. 2nd coincide CE also sanctioned time extension by their letter no. 980dtd. 14.02.12 for 07.05.10. in this deal most of funds of more than Rs.3cr. swallowed by EE, SE, & CE & Contractor ITS infrastructure. It is only a sample, while more than tens of work daily CE is sanctioning for getting high bribes & corruption funds.
