Most of wings of Anti Evasion bureau of MP commercial (sale) tax are meant for personal collecting wings for all staff members from deputy commissioner to assistant comm. tax officers, in wing A of Indore DC Bhadoria, AC Manoj Choubey Bihari babu, CTO Kanungo, ACTO Protima Karari, Alka Damor & other gang members, in wing B, highly corrupt, cunning & shrewd DC Sonwalkar, CTO Nisha Chohan, ACTO Aanand Jain, Mishra, Smt. Sandhya Silawat, RD Jain, are widely collecting funds out side office, most of time they caught goods loaded trucks, buses, mini trucks, loading ricksaws even goods loaded hand operated goods carriers, but tried to settle total case out side of office, swallow most of funds of penalty, 2nd coincide, if some one mechants, or their carriers refuses them to settle out side than these dirty cheaters, brings him office, & starts threatening to drivers of these carriers for 5time penalty of actual tax evasion, when drivers request than it comes @3times penalty of actual tax, nothing lesser, if he accepts, than starts to accept 3times penalty & generally issues actual receipts of 2times penalty, and these dirty corrupt vultures swallow to1time penalty. The same is happening in all 8anti evasion wings of MP state.
DC Sonwalkar did lots of fraud on each & every post, when he was CTO at Dhar, blindly given many concessions, tax evasions to more than 200industries of Pithampur Industrial cluster against high bribes & earned money, than he was transferred to Sagar, he repeated the same at there too, he given blind support to Modi Cement of Damoh, in this department loosen more than Rs.5cr., for getting posting in Anti evasion bureau, he paid more than Rs.50lakh, since that earned more than Rs.5cr. from many transporters, bus owners, whom are paying regularly for saving their goods carriers etc.,
While question arising with Commissioner Amit Rathor he is also getting shares from all these 8 anti evasion bureaus regularly so he is also silent, it is also true, he is also unable to attend his office regularly.
