Of several schemes of central & state Govt. such as ISOPAM, oilseed, Maize, national agriculture mission, Kapil dhara, Khet ka pani Khet me, Balram Talab yojna, e-governance, IT, seed village, Oxen cart, pulses, fertilizers, mechanization subsidy, irrigation subsidy, seeds subsidy etc., illegally directly transferring to personal bank a\cs of senior agriculture development officer, rural agriculture extension officer, sub- divisional officer etc., in this way all these dirty corrupts are using & swallowing that public funds according to their choice, getting interest of thousands of Rs. Pm. In their personal a\cs & it is a earning for them. While it is totally illegal to transfer public cum Govt. fund in personal a\cs of employees & officers and criminal offence & against the rules of MP State Govt. departmental service rules. This corruption fund easily reaching through pipe line to minister, director, PS, Secretary, local administrator such as dist collector, SDM etc., so no one is pointing out these facts, and enjoying that fund by all.
