Total MP Public Health Engineering department is full of highly corrupt, fraudulent, cunning, shrewd, cheater engineers from sub, assistant, executive, superintending, chief engineer to engineer in chief Sehra, officers, secretaries to principal secretary, minister GSC Bisen etc.,
CE Songaria, on Govt. order for regularizing more than 300daily wages worker he charged Rs.2.5lakh with sub engineers, Rs.1lakh with draftsmen, clerks, computer operators, Rs.50000/- work charge employee, Rs.25000/- with helpers, peons, watchmen, daftari etc.,
He also charged with regular engineers, whom got promotions, such as sub-engineers got promotions as AE, in their posting, after regularization of sub engineers, draftsmen, helpers, daftari, work charge employees, peons etc., in their posting than after their attachments on desired places. At least more than 100 engineers, employees & officers paid him for attachments of more than Rs.1cr. and shall pay him regularly for attachments.
