US & Japan offered Indian govt. for joint naval exercise with futuristic plan to counter China on naval front, if China attack on India, for this attack, China is planning since 1962, capturing Indian land, landing choppers regularly in Arunachal, Mizoram, etc., kicked 5choppers in Twang, developing naval base stations in Srilanka, Bangladesh and in Pakistan, but Indian Govt. is silent, unable to counter in last 50 years. Always producing false propaganda in newspapers or barring media for news against China. That cowardness of Indian govt., is promoting Chinese Govt. & forces for war. Chinese will surely attack on India very soon. They are not only well aware with coward mentality of Govt., but also keeping micro watch on Indian Forces i.e., such as Army, Navy & Airforce etc., their mentality of wife swapping, corruption, cheating etc.,
