Highly corrupt state medical & health department cheating public funds on each of the step of thousand crores of Rs. Pa, even than a lady Dr. Anita Mutha who passed her master degree in pathology, but working as Head of the department of microbiology since 1994 with power & relations, while it is legally & theoretically totally wrong, but it is happening since last 19 year, no one student of medical college, dean, faculty taken any objection for this illegality.
