Due to rapidly increasing & fluctuating temperature, causing several types of diseases in the public, at present 5to8% suffering by small & chicken pox, but total state & central department is ignoring these facts. State govt. health department & its all doctors are looking for new budget for setting their commission & earning, while most of private doctors, nursing homes, hospitals are cheating millions of patients, and unable to supply these data to state govt. health department, because of these private doctors do not want to destroy their earning & cheating.
