Total mechanical wing of MP Public Health Engineering department is a gang of highly fraudulent sub-engineers, assistant engineers whom are getting corruption funds from 20-30% installation, repairing, maintenance of hand pumps in village area on papers, selling pipes & other materials, when sri Ajmera Chief Editor of www.samaymaya.com asked in RTI with Indore Dn. EE Chetanya Raghuvanshi on 10.12.12, for copy of cash book, list of bored of hand pumps, copy of bills of diesel, repairing, purchase of pipes & other materials, but cunning, fraudulently given photocopy charges of cash book @24 to 28/- per page division & sub division wise, while it is available in the market @2/- per page, not given charges of list of bored hand pumps, by their letter no. 3047/RTI/EE/Mech./Dn./ 12 Indore dtd. 22.12.12, when Shri Ajmera filed an appeal, dtd.10.01.13, they replied and asked to attend on 12.02.13, while Shri Ajmera, asked to serve a copy of reply of respondent against my appeal under law of natural justice, without reply how can I appear, but CE Mech. PHE Bhopal ignored it and served a letter no. 403\Estb.\CE\PHED\(E&M)Main\13 Bhopal dtd.12.02.13 for extending date of 22.02.13, but for saving his EE, because of he is serving share, so it is their duty to save, decided that appeal and sent a letter no.473\Estb.\CE\PHED\(E&M)Main\13 Bhopal dtd.19.02.13 and wrote deposit money. That letter shown, how these dirty corrupts are saving each other. CE Mech. Is also issuing indent of more than Rs.150cr. for purchase of material from LUN for all 8 divisions for 50dist. Of MP state, such as pipes of hand pumps, rods, handle & others @5% commission on each order, while 5% commission getting who is paying bills of this material. 2nd coincide EE Chetanya Raghuvashi, paid fake bills of more than Rs.6crore, in his last 5 year service, from 2008 to 2013, for repairing of bore well machines, diesel, lubricating oil for machines, etc., so he is unable to provide photocopies of his cash book & copy of vouchers, etc., EE C Raghuvanshi should be transfer, and requires its wide enquiry.
