Highly corrupt MP CM SRS Chouhan on high commission\bribes allotted coal blocks of Western Coalfields Ltd. Of tribal block Tamia of Chhindwara Dist. to JP Associates, while that block is under Central Govt. project for Integrated Tribal Development Project. JP Associates captured made boundary walls total land for excavation & mining of coal from that area. Which is totally illegal, there is very clear, no one authority can intervene in that Tribal area, and no disturbances from outside in their life. Tamia block, having villages such as Patalcoat, Jhurri, Mandla, Mandli, Makhani, Mathani are primitive residential area of BEGAs, whom are the national Humans of India, while constitution provide them very preferential right to them, no one Town Inspector of police can touch them, even in case of murder, there is a provision and arrangement of Rs.1cr. for treatment of them, without any deep enquiry for treatment of them, no one can touch their land, home without permission of Govt. of India, but beyond all these provisions of Indian Constitution Article(19) 5, MP CM SRS Chouhan only for getting big commission from JP Associates, he kept all these restrictions in his back pocket, and allotted coal blocks on very low royalty to highly fraudulent group of JP Associates.
