Corrupt CM SRS Chouhan, CS R Parshuram, NVDA State Min. KL Agrawal, Member Engineering JR Ingle all are not only highly corrupt, destroying money only for their commission of hundreds of crores on their all projects of Narmada Valley Development from Jabalpur Commissionery to Indore Commissionery there is more than 50 divisions whom are looking after construction work. 2nd coincide, all these are spending money on construction of turn key projects canals & lift irrigation projects of at least Rs.5300cr. only for getting commission of 25%, because of all these turn key of canals & lift irrigation are electric oriented projects, while there is no arrangement of electric, & 2nd coincide, electric bill will be next big problem after completing these lift irrigation projects. Punasa Lift irrigation of Rs.500cr. constructing by EE GP Soni of Dn.no.25 Narmada Nagar, Khargone lift irrigation project is constructing by EE Tantwal of dn. no.18 of Rs.600cr. Khargone, Narmada Chhipra Link project is under Dn.32 of EE Sabnani, he is also looking after one more lift irrigation project of Rs.400cr., & turn key projects of Left & right bank canals of more than Rs 400cr. while there is also work of Right Bank canal of Onkareshwar of 162 km. Etc., Mandleswar is also looking & completing Kathora lift irrigation of Rs.300cr. while its basic cost of only Rs.150 cr. the same with Jabalpur Rani Awanti Bai Sagar canals, which are reaching up to Katni & Satna etc., but most of engineers are highly corrupt using all highly corrupt & fraudulent contractors for only cheating 40 to 70% funds from all corners, all these EE are distributing funds from SE, CE, MoE, VC, Min. KL Agrwal, CS & CM. So all these dirty corrupts are silent. Most of SE’s are holding charges of CE such as SE Devda holding charge of CE ISPN canal in NVDA, EEs’ are holding charges of SEs, SDO’s are holding charges of EE, Sub engineers are holding charges of SDO’s but there is no regular promotions & postings in total NVDA.
Most of turn key projects are totally failed, no one completed their project within time limit, 2nd coincide, fraudulently Sec., VC, Min. MoE are blindly supporting all contractors for escalation cast which is going to double within 4-5 years, most of Contractors are highly fraudulent such as Som Dev. With Karan Singh Developers, who is having contracts of more than 400 cr. but no one work is completed within time limit only for getting escalation, in place of black listing these dirty corrupt commission hungry vultures are giving him new contracts, IVRCL with Gayatri JV, & others which belongs to highly corrupt Reddy brothers of Hyderabad, while total turn key projects are totally non-standardized & not according to standard of Central Water Commission & manuals. For saving money most of turnkey project contractors are changing designs according to their desire & for their benefits. Most of agreements of turn key projects are totally fraudulently prepared for benefiting contracts & getting commission, 2nd coincide, it is pre planned conspiracy to post junior category engineers on higher post only for using him as puppet & swallowing funds on each of the step, because of there is no regular & permanent engineer, so he is unable to take any serious action against non- standardized & delay in work. 3rd aspect of this tactics of this turnkey projects swallow big money of commission at once from single contractor.
