Of repairing of bore wells machines, purchasing of oil, diesel, spare parts, hand pump pipes etc., and on hand receipts, etc. Many hundreds of hand pumps they bored on papers in different 5000 rural areas, of 8dist. Such as Alirajpur, Indore, Bdawani, Burhanpur, Dhar, Jhabua, Khnadwa, Khargone. When Chief Editor of Samaymaya.com Ajmera filed an application under RTI05 for getting information, that corrupt Raghuvanshi asked to deposit Rs.24 to 28/- of their 8 different sub divisions per page while this page is only double of A-4, it is costing @Rs.1/- to 2/- in open market, he can ask for Rs.4/- per page, but for saving their corruptions, cheating & forgery, he asked 7times high rates of cash book, I asked 3rd & last point, please provide list of bore wells, you bored in last one & half year, in all 8dist. Of your jurisdiction that cunning fellow, kept silent for charges of photocopy of this point in his letter, because of he & his 8 SDO’s, at least swallowed money of 10% to 20% bore wells without doing any bore, this is a clear cheating of public funds. He is earning more than Rs.3to 5cr. pa by this corruption. Sending shares to their senior officers, sec., PS, to minister GS Bisen, requires Lokayukta enquiry.
