Recently joined as CEO Abhishek Singh of Zila Panchayat Dewas, after joining, he started to threaten all dist. Officers of Panchayat & Social Welfare, tribal, NREGS, Secretaries of 6 Janpad & more than 500 rural panchayats etc., for money, for showing power of his post, he taken way all cashbook, MBs, cheque book register & other necessary documents from Divisional office of Rural Engineering Services illegally, compel EE to leave his office, sent him on leave, SDO Rana who is holding office of EE RES Dewas, blindly making payments for to all contractors, for their incomplete, non-standard & bad work, while regular EE, restricted their payment for their bad & incomplete work and sharing with CEO, for getting payments, he is calling staff members from Dn. office and asking to do work at his office, while he was not having such types of rights, it is only for getting money & torturing to EE & his other staff members, while that dirty having the lots of funds in his Zila Panchayat of DPIP, MDM, NREGS, Indira & MM Aawas Yojna, Rural development, Sarv Shiksha Abhiyan, SJRGYS, Antyodya, Rajeev Gandhi Jal Grahan Mission, & many others etc., in which he is getting more than Rs.200cr. pa, there is lots of frauds & cheating on each of the step, that’s why these dirty cheaters are unable to fulfill requirements of Sec.4 of RTI act05, after 8years of enactment of this act, these corrupts are unable to load all information of allotments of funds, its utilization, 2nd coincide he is unable to control MP Health & Family Welfare department, which is getting more than Rs.100cr. in at least 20 types of projects, schemes, etc., such as NRHM, RCH, Leprosy, Blindness, Malaria, Gramin Health mission, free treatment for BPL card holders, Janani Surakcha, etc., but CMO Dr. Vishnar, is swallowing most of funds from purchase of false bills of medicines, hospital material, of Rs.30 to50 million, in Horticulture, ADA & their staff members are swallowing total funds with fake vouchers of national horticulture mission, national herbal mission, city gardening mission, fruit garden subsidies, vegetable development subsidies, micro irrigation system, the same is in education department, PHE, PWD, WRD, etc.,
While question is arising with Collector MK Agrwal, who is promoted IAS officer, so he is much dominated with directly recruited Indian Abusing Services Officer Abhishek Singh, he is unable to ask CEO regarding threatening to most of officers for collecting money. It require lokayukta Enquiry for corruption of CEO, in charge EE of RES, & other staff members of Zila Panchayat who passed more than 10-15 years on same post, same place, after distributing corruption funds to minister, seniors etc.,
