Promote IAS & present Ujjain Commissioner Arun Pandey, for collecting money, fraudulently issuing explanation calls, show cause notices, charge sheets, to ADMs, SDMs, dist. Officers of most of state govt. departments, such as MPPWD, WRD, revenue officers, MPPHE, MPRES, etc., within one year, he issued more than 300 such types of letters to state govt. departments of all dist. Of Ujjain division, such as Ujjain Dewas, Ratlam, Shajapur, Neemuch, Mandsour etc. by this way he collected funds of more than Rs.40 to 50cr. he is widely distributing that fund to MLAs, MPs, ministers to CS & cm etc., so no one is asking any question against him. Also getting funds for issuing inter state, divisions, districts, permits for passenger buses, monthly from all dist. Collectors of all districts etc.,
