Most of dist Agriculture officers of Indore, Dewas, Ujjain, Dhar, Ratlam, Shajapur, Khargone, Khandwa, Badwani, Jhabua, Neemcuh, Mandsour, Alirajpur, Bhopal, Sehore, Jabalpur, Gwalior, Sagar, Vidisha, & all other dist. Of MP state, are earning more than Rs.5to 10 crore pa by fake seeds producing societies. DDA Aalok Meena who is working on fake cast certificates of Indore, Neema of Ujjain from Sehore, who did a lots of fraud at Sehore, he was Soil Conservation officer at there, he disbursed subsidies for 1200 ponds of Balram Talab, in which 620ponds were lost in the year of 2009, i.e., he swallowed subsidy of 620 ponds, but yet not any enquiry against him set by Dir. DN Sharma MP State Agriculture, because of he also got shares of this corruption, DDA Kaneria of Dhar who passed more than 20 year in Dhar as ADA, posted as DDA, DDA VK Agrawal of Dewas who did a lots of frauds in Indore & doing the same in Dewas, others are sanctioning more than Rs.10 to 15crore as subsidies on @50% commission to all such seeds producing private & govt. societies which are registered as seeds producers, while these societies are buying seeds of Soya bean, wheat, & many other types of seeds from direct Mandies, open market or direct from farmers, buying tags of Rs100/- each from seeds certification agencies. MP State Seeds Certification Agency is totally fraud, even it is not having well qualified staff, these dirty corrupts are fulfilling all formalities at their offices, issuing millions of tags to these societies, passing all samples of seeds @75% germination, while most of samples are failing in Agriculture Depatt. In all dist. Agri. offices samples are showing germination rate not more than 45% to 55%. 2nd coincide in Indore only ADA Patel who is sitting since 2008, holding property of more than Rs.1crore, Rastriya Khadya Suraksha Mission & others holding property of 3crore, the same in seeds, khet ka Pani Khet me, Balram Talab yojna etc., DDA meena spent money of Rs.10lakh for transfer in Indore, earned more than Rs.5crore from Shajapur. The same story of all DDA of all 50 dist. of MP state, Agri. Minister RK Kusumaria is sheltering all corrupt DDAs and transferred according to their choice after money. While millions of farmers have been cheating by these dirty corrupt officers, and crying & living under heavy debts of banks, baniya, coop societies. 2nd coincide CM SRS Chouhan is claiming for agriculture will be business of profit, while farmers are crying for fertilizers, pure utilizable insecticides, pesticides, for crops, electric for irrigation of their crops, but there is no electric for supply in rural areas, villagers of more than 30000 villages are suffering for electric for 8-10hours. All electric cos. are not supplying electric, but sending fake bills of thousands of Rs. To each villagers whom are having connections. If they unable to pay on time, these cos. filed cases on millions of farmers on false grounds, sent them in jail for fake bills. At last all govt. departments are cheating to millions of farmers. The same is with crores of farmers of India in all states of India.
