. Total MP state Public Health Engineering Department is full of highly corrupt min. GS Bisen, who is a hungry dog, for getting money he is blindly supporting highly criminal, corrupt GS Damor, now who is working as CE of Capital Development Zone, the same did by highly corrupt & fraudulent Principal Secretary SN Mihsra, who did a lots of fraud in all departments, where he was posted previously such as housing & environment, he sheltered all highly corrupt, cunning & fraudulent Sec. RK Jain of MPPCB, CM NP Shukla, RO AA Mishra, who passed more than 20years in Indore only for money. PS Mishra can do anything for money, he returned my application & appeal of RTI for sheltering all corrupt engineers without hearing after 4months, that dirty corrupt changed enquiry officers, who was going to finish enquiry of GS Damor. While PS Mishra is widely collecting funds from all engineers for sheltering their corruptions, that’s why he is blindly supporting them. All dist. PHE cum divisional executive engineers who are doing frauds on each of the step, in construction of water tanks, purchasing of PVC, DI, CI, GI, & cement pipes, electrical motors, repairing, maintenance etc., corrupt EE of Dewas dn. still he is paying all payments in cash, to work charge, hand pump mechanics, daily wage workers etc., only for getting his shares from all corners, but their SE Tiwari, CE Songara, EnC Shehra, PS, Min. all are silent, because of all are getting shares, most of contractors, hand pump mechanics & many others, many times demonstrated against him, but no taken any action against him, because of corruption money.
