EE Pankaj Rao Gourkhede Mech. Dn. of Rewa is also working on fake certificates of SC which is issued by Addl. Collector MA Khan Bhopal on 06.04.1990, prima facie it looks as unofficial & illegal, simply typed on a plane paper, because of there is no application inward no. or certificate outward or dispatch no. , while there should be on printed format for cast certificate with application inward no. & certificate dispatch no. he got this certificate on behalf of his father TD Gourkhede who was an IAS officer, in MP State, so they used their influence for getting this fake unofficial certificate while his father was native of Maharashtra selected in UPSC from Maharashtra cadre, there is no cast Gourkhede in Mahar cast of SC in Bhopal Dist. Of MP state, he passed his HSSC in 1986 from Bhilai, up to that time he was in general category, when he was in BE, he taken this certificate from Bhopal for getting Govt. service on 06.04.1990.
He produced his domicile of Dewas which is issued on 12.01.12 and there is no relation between his cast with his domicile. 2nd coincide, issuing authority Dewas Tahsealdar clearly mentioned, it is issued on affidavit of applicant and it is not acceptable in enquiry of cast certificate.
