CM SRS Chouhan is not a good administrator, because of he is unable to understand capacities, working of a working officer, sensitivity is not always work on each & every place. He had given post of CS to R Parshuram after superseding 6 senior IAS officers, while he did a lots of frauds in most of departments, where R Prashuram did work. 2nd coincide after getting post of CS, he could not performed as a good worker according to law. What he did on this post, that was not according to futuristic vision, while he was a CS, looking after total state, but was unable to look a long term futuristic welfare of state & his CM, only for money & short term popularity, he taken short decisions. There is a long list of such types of cases, but CM passing his extn. For 1year. In this year of state election, CM is unable to post a good CS, who is hard, honest working.
