EE Patel of Mech. Wing of MPPHE Narmada Project of Indore Municipal Corp. at Mandleshwar passing more than Rs.2crore per annuam since last 2009, in NIT no. 20\SAC\MDn.1\Mandleswar\12-13\84. 52.51dtd. 26.07.12, it is totally a fake bill passed only for fake payment. It is the same story with 10-15 bills each year, these are passing only for fake payments, while there is no repairing. When Mr. Ajmera of www.samaymaya.com asked for photocopies under RTI of all these bills, he issued a letter of depositing Rs.680/- for photocopies, it is deposited on 03.01.13, informed on phone with receipt but after 12 days is not providing copies of all these bills, due to fake bills. The same did by present SE Ashok Baghel project manager of PIU of Narmada 3face, in the year of 2000 to 05, one enquiry is pending with Lokayukta, Bhopal. When we asked for photocopies of cast, domicile & mark sheet he totally refused, that also creates doubts his certificate is also fake, while he is writing his surname is Baghel, but taken appointment under ST category in the department.
