BJP means Bhukhere Janwar’s Party, after getting 2nd term rule, these dirty bhukehra’s janwar party is trying to snatch all rights of employees of all state Govt. departments, want to use them as their puppets for their own interest, such as notes & votes, for that purpose even they are changing laws, killing rules, regulations of labour laws, such as 50000 daily wage workers whom are working since 1980 to 1995 passed their more than 40 years life in govt. services. In this case, for other than Govt. departments, Indian Labour Laws defines that the worker who passed their regular 90 days service, he should treated as regular employee of that employer. While MP Govt. is above than labour laws, they are not providing regular status for more than 50000 daily wage workers, even labour courts are unable to compel Govt. for treating these employees as Govt. regular employees, High Court, even Supreme Court of India is unable to provide relief to all these 50000 daily wage workers. 2nd coincide Ex- CM Uma bharati promised to all these daily wage workers for regularization, but present CM SRS Chouhan who is
dancing on tune of Indian Abusing Service Officers & capitalists snatching most of rights promotions of high cast general category officers, employees and these daily wage workers. Why these dirty corrupts IAS officers are not regularizing them because of most of IAS officers, ministers are using more than 10 to 30-40 daily wage workers at their home, if these dirty bustards regularize them, after regularization, concerning department will show their regular duty at concerning department. After regularization these dirty vultures can not use them at their them.
So yesterday they passed a resolution to treat all these more than 50000 daily wage workers as daily wage labours, while in most of departments thousands of these daily wage workers are working as regular clerks, watchman, peons, computer operators etc., but they are getting salary of daily wage workers, while regular employees of the same post are getting salary of more than Rs.15000/- pm with other facilities such as 13 CL, 30 days medical leaves, 33 days earned leave, HR, City, vehicle allowances etc., but these daily wage workers are not getting any types of any facilities only Rs.3-4000/- salary.
