In most of govt. central & as well as in all state Govt. departments general category talented & hard worker employees & officers are in minority and passed more then 30years of their service, without promotion, 2nd coincide, reserved employees & officers, more than 10 year junior employees & officers are working under them. In UP state, 18lakh employees & officers of general catergory boycotted, and gone on strike, but other states are keeping mum
