SE Ajay Dayma is working on fake ST cast certificate, even cheated HC: At CE Office, Indore Zone, SE Dayma is working on fake ST cast certificate taken from village Unchakheda of Budni Tahseal, Dist. Sehore, while Collector Sehore declared his certificate is not issued by his office, it is totally fake.
2nd coincide, he & his father migrated from Banswada, (Raj) where he was admitted in Kanya Prathmic Vidyalaya Banswada, in that, there was also mentioned cast Hindu Brahmin, than he passed his 2nd class from Model Middle School, 23 Old Palasia Indore, he was at there 24.07.73 to 30.04.74, they clearly mentioned at cast column Hindu Brahmin before admitting in this school, in this Model Middle school also mentioned Hindu Brahmen, from 3rd to 8th class he passed from Tilak Nagar, Higher Secondary School, Opp. Tilak Nagar Jain Mandir Indore, they also mentioned Hindu Brahmin, in this school, he & his father not claimed any benefits, such as tuition fee, uniform, free books etc., under ST category than he admitted at Govt. Sanyogitaganj HS School no.2 Old Palasia Indore, on 09.07. 1980 from there he passed his HSC, and left this school 30.06.1983, in his school certificate, they also mentioned Hindu Brahmin, up to that time he & his father not claimed & taken any benefits of ST category, such as scholarships, books, uniforms, tuition fee etc., after admitting in BE at Samrat Ashok Technical Institute Vidisha, on 10.12. 1985, he prepared a fake certificate of ST category, from village Unchakheda Tah. Budni of Sehore Dist. up to that time he was Hindu Brahmin, not in ST category.
SE Ajay Dayma’s father Mr. Badrilal Dayma, filed a plaint Civil Appeal no. 4-A of 1994 ( Badri Lal V\s State of MP) in the Court of II Additional Judge at Budni court, to the Court of Dist. Judge Sehore in a trial court when his asstt. Lab Attendant, MPPSC has rejected by their letter 28 th July 1992, because of this cast certificates are not correct. II Additional Judge passed a Judgment & decree by 30.11.93.
Again he filed an appeal no. 520 of 1995 in HC Jabalpur which is decided on 15.09.2011, in this plaintiff produced total forged facts. He never resided in village Unchapura, of Budni Tahseal of Dist. Sehore
