In most of dist. Panchayat CEO are highly fraudulent, these dirty corrupts are collecting more than Rs.100 to 500cr. pa. Central govt. allotted more than Rs.5500cr for MP. Approx. each dist. Is getting average Rs.110cr. pa. For MNREGA is meant for providing employment to villagers, but in place of community work, most of CEO of Jila Panchayats are highly fraudulent, using most of funds for constructing of roads, while it is clear violation of MNREGA spirit, 2ndly in this these dirty corrupts CEO’s are using only 25to35% funds, remaining these CEO and their highly corrupt staff is swallowing that funds. MP CAG reported to CS, CM & concerning but these dirty vultures are also getting their shares, so these top devils are unable to ask the same with these CEOs. CM, CS, Min. of Rural Development are posting CEO’s after getting high bribes of Rs.1-3crore, according to allotment & availability of funds. Normal dist. Panchayats are getting only Rs.500 to 1000cr. of Rs. Pa, while tribal dist. Are getting Rs.1500 to Rs.3000cr. pa for development such as Dhar Jhabua, Alirajpur, Badwani, Khandwa, Khargone dist. of Indore Dn. So these dirty vultures CEOs and their highly corrupt staff who passed more than 10to20years on same place are unable to information under RTI to applicant.
I filed application to Indore, Dhar, Dewas, & Ujjain dist. But all these dirty corrupts are treating this act as joke, applied tactics of late reply, when we filed its appeal, these dirty corrupt not sent any letter for hearing this appeal, than rejected means clearly refused to provide any information. Indore CEO Gopal Dand who is a historical corrupt, and making at least rural 900 roads for swallowing 70% funds of road work, his daily wages worker Antim Dubey, who fraudulently changed papers and got regular appointment, now holding post of asstt. supdt. Looking after total funds of more than Rs.300cr. swallowing more than Rs.2to5cr. pa., CEO Gopal Dand who is openly making frauds and asking I have to pay Rs.5cr. for post of IAS.
I filed an application to CEO ZP Indore, 15.10.12 for getting information, they sent a letter for Rs.306/- due to Diwali festival, I sent money for deposit on 23.11.12, he refused to accept money, and asked to there was time limit of 16.12.12, these dirty corrupts are treating this act as their father’s property, when I asked to them, the same, that dirty corrupt holding post of supdt. Fraudulently, while he is only clerk migrated MPSRTC employee Joshi threatened on phone. Most of highly corrupt staff who passed more than 10to 15years playing frauds on each of the step. So all these shrewd officers & employees do not want to supply information always play dirty tricks to avoid applicants.
There is no time limit in depositing money, but always these corrupts employees use many types of dirty tricks for not to supply information & records of their frauds.
CEO Gopal Dand ZP Indore, ask cash money with Sarpaches & Secretaries of most of Gram Panchayats for sanctioning payments of most schemes.
IT is a Central Govt. funds. Govt. of India is liable to check this funds & its fraud with CBI.
