US President Obama, have to change total basic mentality of US administration & public. First thought is honesty, with each other. 2ndly find out causes of bankruptcy, thoroughly enquire, punish culprits, corrupts, criminals of bankruptcy, recover bad debts. It is need of time to set national General Auditors & comptrollers of accounts for proper checks for proper accounting of all types of public & private companies of more than 100 mn. if at once US admn. is providing help as package of billions of US$ of public funds, fraudulent again try to cheat in same style & in same way to entire world not only US public only after some time these packages will totally useless.
