Most of Zila Panchayat Chief Executive Officers are highly corrupt, swallowing more than 50% of Indira Aawas Yojna, Mukhyamantri Aawas Yojna, Draught Prone Area Programme, Mid Day Meal, Pension of disables & widows, MG National Rural Employment Guarantee Schemes, SJYS, Bardana, Panchayat development funds, free grains to poor, Khadi Gramodyog, Nal Jal yojna, Samagra Swachchhata Yojna,MDM, tribal development funds such as tribal hostels, uniform, books, scholarships, MM Gram Sadak yojna, Jan Shiksha yojna, etc., and several others rural development programmes. We seen documents of Dewas ZP, in which most of funds of all schemes swallowed by Ex ZP CEO Chouhan, presently there is CEO Mukesh Khare, CEO Patel of Ujjain whom are highly corrupt, widely collecting funds from all corners, it is his past history also. In Indore, CEO ZP is swallowing more than Rs.100 to Rs.150crore pa, While in Dewas, Mandsour Neemuch & Ratlam, Shajapur, & Ujjain, CEO are swallowing more than Rs.50to70crore Rs. Pa, so all these dirty corrupts are unable to supply information under RTI, even these dirty corrupts are unable to accept applications. All these posting on CEO ZP in these area are on premiums, royalty basis, before getting post these are also paying to ministers, CS,PS, so they are also swallowing funds from all corners. After posting they are also paying monthly to all these corrupts such as CS R Parshuram, PS Aruna Sharma, Sec. Heeralal Trivedi, to even clerks to peon of their HO, Dist. Collector & Dn. Commissioner offices, that’s why all these dirty corrupt vultures are unable to take any actions against them, against of all these facts, they are all saving & sheltering to all these CEO’s for their all corrupt acts. Dirty corrupt Dewas collector Agrawal, without sending reply of respondent or non-applicant & calling for hearing of appeal, of course they did these formalities in their papers, but not sent to applicant and rejected my appeal for saving their commission agent cum dacoit & CEO Mukesh Khare.
