Most of funds of different schemes & projects of this department is spending only on papers, all Dist. Program officers, ICDS or block officers, inspectors, to Aanganwadi workers all are highly corrupt, swallowing most of funds, with fake attendance registers of children & women, in these registers 90% names of children & women are fake, there is only 10% real children & women attending these aanganwadies, while 50% of total allotment of this department is only for aanganwadies which is more than Rs.1500crore pa, these aaganwadies workers are getting salaries of Rs.5000/- pm., while they are holding assets & properties more than 50 to 100times of their salaries, the same with Integrated Child Development Officers of MP W&CD blocks, showing fake distribution of foods, foods supplements & other materials etc., filing fake vouchers of materials purchase, such as Dal, Dalia, fruits, nutrients diets,50% funds of Ladli Laxmi Yojna, Rs.150crore bicycle to school going girls etc., showing 90%fake data. 90%staff of this department is holding assets & properties 50 to 100 times higher than their regular income of salaries. So all these corrupts are unable to supply required information & record. Highly fraudulent DPO of Indore Kulkarni, Tripti Tripathi all are highly cheaters are unable to provide information due to high frauds.
