IT is great lacuna in India, yet not any Govt. official arrangement of technical audit in India for engineering types of technical department such as railway, public works department, public health engineering, water resources department, electric boards, electric companies, Municipals, Municipal corporations, shipping cos., military engineering services, automobile industry, oil & natural gas commission, govt. oil cos. such as HPCL, IOCL, BPCL etc., for perfect quality work, reducing cost, for perfact, error less construction, high performance, for reducing corruption, neither on central level & nor on state level. It is true each state Govt. is having a very small wing of chief technical examiner, but it is limited upto only for looking for complaints, but not for suggestion, quality, audit, proper guidance, for checking technical feasibility, cost, corruption etc., from survey, preparation of DPR, proper execution of quality work etc.,
Most of technically & scientifically advance countries in the world are having thier official technical audit wing, which checks its quality, cast, etc.,
