Ex-President KR Narayanan told on 25.01.2001 from Red Fort, “Indian Court are casinos, not temple of Justice.” Supreme Court proved it, Indian Juidiciary is dancing on tune of rulers & capitalists.” Overall who appoints chief justice & justices of high courts & Supreme Court, these are totally political appointments, on recommendation & approval of ruling govt. of states & Central, President of India appoints them, as Justices & Chief Justices of High Courts & Supreme Court. So they are unable to go against ruling Govt. of States & Central. Rejection of appeal against P cheat ambersm, in case of 2G spectrum scam by SC, while there are thousands of scams are in dust of files such as coal gate scam, mines scam, financial scams, many facilities provided to big capitalists, such as TATA, Ambani, Birla, Bharati, & hundreds of others, who are snatching public by lakhs of crores of Rs. Per day in cell phone services, BOT toll booths, on 200 NH of 7000km, & on more than 1lakh km of SH of different states in the country, petrol, soft drinks, water, foods, medicines & in hundreds of other things, etc., fraudulently from 125crore people of the country, but no one court taking cognizance against them, because of money, & shelter of ruling parties leaders around the country.
