This is last year for State BJP govt. for transfer, posting & placing of officers, & other staff members of all State Govt. departments, because of next year is a election of state assembly, so ruling govt. & most of ministers are trying to post, most corrupt officers on post of earning. While highly corrupt working & executive staff is still working on the same post & place. Most of clerical cadre to office supdt. Sub engineers, inspectors, still working after after 10-15 years, I have seen in most of the departments, in panchyat, tribal, PWD, WRD, PHE, Women & child Welfare, MPRES, Veterinary, Health, Agriculture, Horticulture, AKVN, Cooperative, registrar, rural development, education, higher education, electric cos., urban development, NVDA, fisheries, police, collectorates, commissioner, excise, transport, commercial tax, offices, etc., Staff who passed more than 10-15 years, they are not interested in work. while women staff workers are not only corrupt, but most of women are passing their time in chatting among women. It is also true & hard fact, most of ministers decided their fee for transfer, posting & earned more than Rs.100crores.
