Highly corrupt, greedy & fraudulent CM SRS Chouhan, & CS Parashuram are not only doing high frauds, swallowing public funds, selling & pledging public property to highly fraudulent vulture industrialists, dancing on tune of highly corrupt bureaucrat IAS, IPS, IFS, engineers, doctors, corporate cos. such as TATA, Reliance, Sahara, Hindalco, & hundreds of others, contractors etc., but also disobeying & insulting Supreme Court order of promotion of general category, there is no preference to SC & ST since 2002, clearly that greedy vulture stated no promotion of general category before election of 2013. While it is clear, total Govt. administration is going to collapse due to lack of intelligent & efficient staff, that fact is also stated in Supreme Court decision if reserved category staff is not efficient, there should be no promotion, but only for vote, greedy CM SRS Chouhan & CS Parashuram are ignoring this decision. While most important departments such as administration, health, agriculture, electric cos., MPPWD, MPPHE, MPWRD, are suffering of lack of efficient staff officers, administrators, engineers, doctors etc., but for their big commission, corruption money & vote, these highly fraudulent CM & CS is unable to follow & apply Supreme Court decision in the state.
