CM SRS Chouhan & minister KL Agrwal are dancing on tune of highly corrupt & fraudulent contractors such Karan Singh, of Karan Constructions of Gwalior of Som builders New Delhi, Bihani of Bhusaval, Madhucon of Hyderabad, & others who did frauds of Rs. Hundreds of crores in Narmada Valley Development Authority in last 15 years on each of the step. Highly fraudulent, corrupt & puppet of contractors Er. JR Ingle who retired as acting CE of NVDA Indira Sagar Canals Sanawad, swallowed GPF of many employees in WRD Mandsour Dn. 1996,97,98, when he caught in this case, he taken transfer from WRD & joined in NVDA. When he was EE of Dn.32 @ Badwah, looking after OSP LBC of 162km, that contract was with Som Construction of Delhi, taken Karan Singh of Gwalior as representative, that turn key contract of Rs.178crore, & time was up to Nov.08, neither yet not completed after 6years, cost of construction increased up to 25 to 35% that dirty corrupt fellow ignored all rules, regulations & norms of construction of Canals, it is filled with black cotton soil cracked, there was 1.5 to 2’ wide & 10 to 30’ deep cracks was there, within 6month, there was no compaction, but that dirty contractor, again filled these cracks with BC soil, in place of copra soil, & laid concrete not only sloped walls of 15 to 20’ high cracked, but also bed level also cracked. There is no worms, no filters, concrete is also 6to8cm thick in total canals of 1st face. After all these lacunas he paid bills with escalation, only in this contract he earned more than Rs.40crore, of course each & everyone got their shares from SE, CE, member engineering to NVDA minister & CM, than he joined as SE, he repeated the same story, that he got post of CE in Indira Sagar Canals. He also bought land in Badwaha, near by Khedighat, he spent more than millions of Rs. For establishing business of his son, but he always failure.
All these highly dirty corrupt contractors of NVDA, decides who is highly corrupt & will support, they ask to concerning NVDA minister to post for favoring them. Again they asked to post Er. Ingle as member of engineering, due to Ingle’s corrupt mentality, so again he taken charge of member engineering in NVDA. Ingle is having relations with wife of Senior A\cs Clerk Ghodke of dn. no. 32 who is sitting in this dn. since last 7-8 year. So that Ingle is also not transferred from Dn. no.32, this Ghodke clerk is also highly corrupt & drinker, he always refuses for supply of information under RTI.
. Er Ingle was holding charge of Left Bank Canal of 162km of Onkareshwar, what he did picture shows there is no worm, no filter, it was a turn key project of Rs.178crore ?& should be complete before Nov.2008, but yet not completed, project cast increased up to Rs.225crore.
