SK Bhardwaj asked some information under RTI05, with Dr. Padmakar Tripathi dist. Malaria Officer of Bhopal Dist.. In place of supply of information, Dr. Tripathi illegally bought a Rs.10/- non Judicial Stamp Paper with Govt. fund, & stamped it DMO of Bhopal Dist. That corrupt officer, for saving our corruption, swallowing of public funds on name of malaria, threatening & terrorizing, asked the same with Pt. SK Tripathi in RTI 05, and sent copies of this application to SP Bhopal & others; after this he was not satisfied, he published an advertisement of 2nd death anniversary of Pt. SK Bhardwaj on 29.06.12 in Patrika newspaper, by name of his wife Mrs. Neelima Bharadwaj. While Chief Editor Gulab Kothari is not puppet of money, but also saving highly corrupt, fraudulent vultures of bureaucracy, politics, industries, land mafias, criminals etc.,
