Ujjain Dn. highly corrupt EE Malviya did many frauds in maintenance of drilling machines, purchased big material, passed bills of purchase of diesel, oil, pipeline, motor pumps etc., even he taken vehicles on rent @675/- per day while this rate is sanctioned only for vehicles of MP State Legislative assembly, common rate is only Rs.520/- for all MPPHE Civil dn. in the same campus Ujjain Civil Dn. is paying only Rs.15800/- pm maximum, while he is paying Rs.20250/- in his dn. & all other 6 sub dn. for 30days, & for 31 days he paid bills of Rs.20975/- in his division, he taken his own vehicle of 2006 on name of other. He also bought land @Bahori village of Ujjain dist. 2other vehicle of his relatives also taken on rent at the same rate. In his most of drilling of bore wells, he is producing papers of 25% deep drilling of bores, by this way, he is earning more than Rs.2crore pa.
