While govt. charging road tax on registration of all types of vehicles, and for using roads now on most of roads of state & national highways, these dirty corrupts contractors are charging toll tax, so all vehicle owners are having the rights of claim for all types of damages i.e., for accidents, damage of vehicles, man powers, loss of business, wages & salaries, loss of time, due to jam etc., due to bad road conditions, for construction, defective roads with toll operators & with governments i.e., with state govt. highways & nationals highways, with insurance etc., Public should know the their rights, if they are paying for it. If Govt. is charging state road tax on time of registration, charging central & state sales tax, customs & excise duties on vehicles, not only prepared goods or vehicles, but also on raw material too, such as electrical goods, glass, tube, tyres, varnish paints, in cost of vehicles, when vehicle owners are using these vehicles, on that time he is paying central customs & excise duties, state sales taxes on each drop of petrol, diesel, LPG, CNG gas etc., but after paying all these taxes, again these democratic Govt. are unable to provide free roads. Actually these democratic govt. are converting dacoiticatic Govt. so it is necessary for public to claim their damages. While in most of democratic countries, these Govt. are providing one free roads, than paid super highways, 2nd paid for super luxurious highways. But in India there is no such types of arrangement, there is no free highways.
