In Indore India Non Judicial stamps for registry of real establishments, property, contract, agreement & for other legal purposes, registered stamps vendors are charging Rs.15/- for stamp of Rs.10/- i.e., 50% extra, for stamp of Rs.100/- charging Rs.110/-, to stamp of Rs.500/- Rs.1000/-, Rs.5000/-, Rs.10000/- charging minimum 3% extra, either these stamps vendors are clearly refusing to sale. Dist. & Joint Registrar are charging monthly commission of Rs.1000/- to 3000/- per stamp vendor for issuing & selling of stamps. While Indore Dist. Is paying highest income of Rs.700/-crore pa in MP State by selling of these India Non judicial stamps. Highly fraudulent, dirty & corrupt Sub., Dist. Registrar & Joint Registrar creating artificial shortage, it is also true, IG of Stamps of MP is also getting commission & monthly bribes from these Sub Dist. Registrar & joint registrar. This shortage of stamps creating for getting on 3% to 50% at vendors tables to big offices of vendors, but no one SDR, DR & JR taking action against them, because of all are getting bribes for this extra amount. It also published in daily newspapers but no effect, on this issue.
