Supreme Court given clear verdict in case of 460\2003 M. Nagraj V\s Union of India dtd. 19.10.06. No reservation in promotion, but since 2002, MP State govt. govt. is giving regular promotion to SC & ST employees & officers up to 50to65%, & given 2 to 3 promotions while more than 10 to 15 year senior officers & employees are still waiting for single promotion while 70% general category officers & employees which are more than 3lakh are handling & administered by their own 5to 15 year junior officers & employees. State BJP govt. is worrying by for 30% vote bank of SC & ST while they are still electing & selecting only Congress. One case was also filed by some one in UP High Court against reservation in promotion. Today Allahabad High court also given clear verdict, no reservation for SC & ST in promotions. Still MP State govt. is keeping mum on this issue clearly insulting the decision of Supreme Court. It comes under contempt of Court.
