MP State govt. CM SRS Chouhan & its Indian Abusing Services Officers whom are sitting as Chief Secretary, Principal, upper, secretaries are unable to follow up Supreme Court Decision of M Nagraj V\s Union of India AIR 2006 in a WP 460\2003 which is applicable to all states Govt. employees & officers for promotion on seniority basis for all general category officers & employees. It is not compulsion on govt. for promotion of Scheduled Cast & tribe employees & officers. Dirty devil & X-CM Diggi who was highly corrupt & biggest fraudulent passed a bill for 64% regular promotion of all SC & ST employees & officers, for getting vote of SC & ST in 2002 against 13% & 15% population of SC & ST residents. When so officers & employees unions of Gen. Category filed so many writs for follow up, than corrupt & highly fraudulent officers of MP Public Service Commission asked to attorney Gen. Of MP state Adv. RD Jain on this issue. They also cleared against their letter no. 17655\PED \2011\GS\ Indore dtd. 19.01.12. and asked to promote all officers of all State govt. Departments, and cancel all promotions of SC & ST after 2002.
