No one political party even ruling BJP Govt. of MP and its State Min. of Health M Hardia told straight forward drug trial can not stop because of each & every one earning through this drug trail i.e., from ministers to doctors of as well as in more than 3lakh Govt. Hospitals & PHC and 3lakh private hospitals, nursing homes, clinics of India. After taking charge of central govt., Congress & their UPA gangs given free hands after getting funds from World Hazardous Organization V\s WHO, which is a actually a marketing strategy agency for US & European drug cos. All these vultures of central & all state govt. are getting commission from drug trails so no one govt. agency, NGO, even courts are bothering on this issue in India, while at least 2million patients are dying each year in this drug trials since 2005, most of doctors of govt. & private hospitals, nursing homes, clinics are freely trying drugs of multinationals of US & Europe. All these dirty devil doctors are treating Indian public as animals. While in India TATA Memorial Cancer Foundation trailing drugs on cancer patients since 1990, many hundreds of others are trailing drugs on Indian patients since 1995. All ruling political parties of States & Central Govt. of India are getting big bribes & funds from drug trials, so there is no will to stop this drug trial on Indian patients.
Why WHO is not taking serious actions on these multinationals of US, Europe and others, 2nd coincide Indian Supreme Court is also not issuing directives to stop this drug trial, and if anyone will trail drug without traditional tasting on mouse, guinea pigs, monkeys etc., and after getting successful 3-4 standard laboratory reports, She\he(doctors) will prosecute for life term or death penalty. Yet there is no law on this issue in India, without SC directives no one govt. will take any serious actions, and will not frame any serious law on this issue.
