In mp state more than 5million educated young work force of 20 to 30years is unemployed, while in all state Govt. departments are suffering by at least of 1thousand of ABC grade officers, more than 1lakh clerical cadre, 1lakh in more than 100 departments, teachers in education, constables in police, inspectors in education, commercial tax, revenue, women & child welfare, collectorates, cooperative, agriculture, weights & measurements, etc., but in place of filling these posts in different departments, but fraudulent MP state Govt. for operating govt. business is using shortcut method to extending age of retirements upto 62 years, while most of staff is not interested for extension of age of 60 years. Since 1990, no staff selected for govt. departments. 2nd coincide, Central Govt. is selecting & sending IAS, IPS, IFS regularly in MP for increasing their control in State Govt. administration & business.
