Before producing any bill in legislative assemblies, why do Govt. not publishes in Indian local newspapers for public comments & opinion such as in Britain. Indian Parliament, Rajya Sabha, and all state assemblies are framing rules & Acts according to their choice, benefits & their interests not for public’s welfare. In real sense, law is a cunning rulers’ magic of words for their personal interests & extortion of innocent public in Hindi, Kanoon dhoorto k banaye shabdo k vo mayajal hen, jo apno k poshan or aam janata k shoshan k kam aate hen. If really govt. is looking after interests of public why are they not publishes in newspapers for public to understand, for rising any points, mistakes, corrections etc., to frame it very fruitful, foolproof, for present & future generations
