It is hard & true fact of MP state Govt. CM is unable to control & administrate their highly dirty & corrupt bureaucracy, so these dirty bustard bureaucrats are playing new types of frauds, changing basic services phone nos. such as police emergency no.100 controlling crime rate in the state, they blocked police emergency phone no.100 since 3 months which was world wide well known for public of not only MP state but also on world level. If any one who dials no.100, it is replying, not available, services are busy, dial after some time, while this decision taken on cabinet level, they changed this police emergency phone no.100, without getting permission from Home ministry of central govt. Why state Govt. changed this no. only decreasing rate of crimes on paper, while crimes are increasing because of total police department is highly corrupt, widely sheltering criminals for widely collecting bribes funds from all corporate criminal gangs, drugs, liquor, lands, building, industrial, prostitute, satta, illegal business mafias, gundogs, etc., police emergency phone no.100 is widely circulated & well known to each common man of public, in all emergency public generally dials no.100. Police control rooms of all districts records this no. so unable to ignore crimes, and police have to attend that public complaint. But since last 3 month these dirty bustard corrupts of Home department change this nos. of all districts of total MP state for showing their performance of controlling of crimes. Actually Indian Police Services is converted into Indian Crime Protection Services for their earning. On 16.12.11 at 11:50 PM we called this no.15times in emergency but always replied it is busied in Indore. On land line it is replied there is no such no.. I tried in Dewas on 14.12.11, but the same reply I got at there too. Total MP state Media i.e., newspapers & news channels are keeping mum because of getting monthly bribes from police in this regard.
